About:
TradeCo completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the home and away change rooms and player amenities at Central United Football Club, delivering upgraded facilities designed to improve functionality, durability and accessibility for players and club users.
The project involved a full internal demolition of the existing change room areas, followed by the construction of new framing, plasterboard linings, painting and associated finishes. New concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, cubicles, vanities and accessible amenities were also completed as part of the broader upgrade.
Significant services works were undertaken throughout the facility, including replacement of the existing hydraulic infrastructure, sewer upgrades and installation of new hot water systems. Electrical services were also upgraded, incorporating new lighting and associated infrastructure to support the refurbished spaces.
To improve security and durability, heavy-duty steel security doors were installed to the existing structure.
A key challenge of the project was maintaining ongoing club operations during construction. Tradeco carefully staged the works and provided temporary facilities, allowing the clubrooms, bar and kitchen to remain operational throughout the refurbishment.
