Tradeco completed the refurbishment and expansion of the existing female amenities at the Playford Operations Centre in Davoren Park, delivering a modern, accessible and highly functional facility for staff and visitors.
The project involved the demolition of the existing amenities and construction of a completely renewed facility, including compliant DDA-accessible toilets and an extension to the existing building to improve circulation, accessibility and overall functionality.
Works included new hydraulic services, waterproofing, tiling, toilet partitions, fixtures and associated finishes throughout. Integrated Dolphin automated washroom systems were also installed, incorporating soap dispensers, hand dryers and complementary washroom accessories to create a streamlined and contemporary user experience.
