Our History
45+ Years
Our team is backed by over 45+ years of construction industry experience and dedicated to providing the best quality of service and solutions lead. Originally founded off the back of Urathane Solutions where the founder and Technical Director Mark Kuchel (a general builder himself) required specialist trades to remediate heritage buildings post underpinning.
Expanding
2024
TradeCo has since taken on its own life as an entire end to end trade service provider, from maintenance to new projects, residential, commercial and still operating in our roots of Heritage restoration. With over 16 vehicles on the road, a large group of skilled trades people and a back office to support them, Tradeco now has everything it needs to manage projects from small to large.
