TradeCo completed a comprehensive upgrade of the amenities at Broadmeadows Baseball Club, delivering modern, durable and accessible facilities for players, staff and the wider public.
The works included the complete refurbishment of player amenities, public bathrooms, cleaners’ facilities and accessible toilets, with upgrades designed to improve functionality, accessibility and the overall user experience throughout the sporting facility.
The project incorporated new waterproofing and tiling, together with upgraded plumbing and electrical services. New toilet partitions, fixtures, vanities and associated fittings were installed throughout, alongside accessibility improvements to ensure the upgraded facilities met current compliance requirements.
A key consideration was completing the works within an operational sporting facility. Tradeco carefully coordinated construction activities to minimise disruption to club operations and users while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
