TRADECO delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing residential property, coordinating a range of structural, building and finishing works to modernise the home while retaining its existing character.
The works included extensive crack repairs to walls, ceilings and cornices, internal and external painting, roof replacement, timber repairs and restoration of existing floorboards. The bathroom and kitchen areas were substantially upgraded, including new plumbing infrastructure, drainage, hot water services, bathroom construction, waterproofing, tiling and fixtures. In addition, TRADECO installed a new ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning system, undertook electrical upgrades, new lighting and fittings, and the construction of a separate toilet. TRADECO managed the works from demolition through to final finishes, with a focus on quality workmanship, site cleanliness and minimising disruption throughout the renovation.
